What Is the Rhodes Scholarship UAE 2027?

The Rhodes Scholarship UAE 2027 is part of the international Rhodes Scholarship programme and supports successful candidates undertaking postgraduate study at the University of Oxford.
For the UAE constituency, two scholarships are available annually.

The standard Rhodes Scholarship normally covers at least two years of study at Oxford, although the exact funding arrangements can depend on the academic pathway selected.

What Does the Rhodes Scholarship Cover?

The Rhodes Scholarship covers Oxford University course fees and provides Scholars with an annual living stipend.

• 1. Nationality and UAE Education
  • You can meet the UAE constituency requirement through either of these routes:
  • UAE citizens: You must have completed, or be due to complete, an undergraduate degree by July 2027. The undergraduate degree may be from the UAE or overseas.
  • Non-UAE citizens: You must have completed, or be due to complete, an undergraduate degree at a college or university in the United Arab Emirates by July 2027.
    • This second route is important because the Rhodes Scholarship UAE 2027 is not restricted only to UAE nationals.
• 2. Age Requirement
  • Applicants must satisfy one of two age routes.
    • You must be 18 to 23 years old on 1 October 2026, meaning you must have been born after 1 October 2002 and before 2 October 2008.
